Spring of Life Oromo Church (SOLOC) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our public website and mission store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to website visitors, store customers, and people who contact the church through published channels. It does not replace separate giving-platform policies for tithes, offerings, or donations processed outside the store.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details you provide (such as name, email address, phone number, and shipping address), order details, payment confirmation references from Stripe or PayPal, and messages you send through church contact channels.

We also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, and page usage through standard website analytics and security tools when those services are enabled.

How we use information

We use information to operate the website, process store orders, communicate order updates, respond to inquiries, improve site security, and support church ministry operations.

Store purchases are separate from giving. Tithes, offerings, and donations are not processed through the mission store checkout unless clearly labeled as a store product.

We share information only as needed to operate the site and fulfill store orders. This may include payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), fulfillment partners such as Printful for drop-shipped merchandise, email delivery providers, and website hosting or content services.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers are expected to handle data only for the services they provide to the church.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a church website and small store. No online system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your sign-in credentials.

We retain information only as long as needed for ministry operations, order support, legal compliance, and reasonable record keeping.

You may contact the church to request correction of inaccurate contact information related to an order or inquiry.
