Store Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns and refunds for items purchased through the SOLOC Store only — not for giving, events, or other church activities.

Overview
At Spring of Life Oromo Church, we want every store order to be handled with care, honesty, and good communication. The SOLOC Store exists to support church ministry, community, and church-related resources.
This policy applies only to items purchased through the SOLOC Store. It does not apply to donations, tithes, offerings, event registrations, ministry participation, sermons, or other general church activities.
Made-to-Order Items
Many SOLOC Store items — including apparel and printed merchandise — are made-to-order. Each item is produced after your order is placed.
Because made-to-order items are created specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected, when a duplicate order was placed by mistake, when you change your mind, or when an item has been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery.
Please review product details, sizing, color, and shipping information carefully before you complete your purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact SOLOC as soon as possible. Because made-to-order items may enter production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact SOLOC so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Please reach out within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.
After we review the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on what happened.
Books, Ministry Materials, and Other Physical Items
Unused physical items such as books or ministry materials may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable study materials, sermon resources, or other digital files, are final sale and are not refundable once delivered or accessed.
Shipping
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an order or fulfillment error on our side.
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact SOLOC so we can help review the issue with the fulfillment or shipping provider.
Donations Are Separate
Tithes, offerings, donations, and other gifts to Spring of Life Oromo Church are separate from SOLOC Store purchases.
Donations are not covered by this Store Returns & Refunds Policy and are generally non-refundable.
