How SOLOC ships mission store orders and what to expect from fulfillment partners.

Overview
Some SOLOC store products ship to U.S. addresses. Other products may be available for church pickup or digital delivery as described on each product page.
Drop-shipped merchandise may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners such as Printful. Production and carrier timelines can vary by product and season.
Processing times
After payment is confirmed, orders are reviewed and submitted for fulfillment. Print-on-demand and partner-fulfilled items often require additional production time before shipment.
Processing times shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping methods and costs
Shipping charges, if any, are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery estimates after shipment depend on the carrier and destination. Tracking information is provided when available from the fulfillment partner.
Shipping address responsibility
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. The church may be unable to redirect packages after an order has entered production.
Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address may require a replacement order at the customer's expense.
Pickup and digital delivery
Pickup items are collected according to instructions provided after purchase. Digital items are delivered through the method described on the product page after payment is confirmed.
