Store Terms
Terms for purchasing merchandise and digital products from the SOLOC mission store.
This policy is provided in English. Contact the church if you need help understanding these terms.
Acceptance
By purchasing from the Spring of Life Oromo Church (SOLOC) mission store, you agree to these Store Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Store Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.
Store purchases are not giving
The mission store sells merchandise and selected digital products. Tithes, offerings, and donations are separate from store purchases and are handled through the Give page and its linked giving platforms.
A store purchase does not count as a tax-deductible donation unless the product page clearly states otherwise and the church provides appropriate documentation.
Products and pricing
Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may change without notice. We try to display accurate information, but minor variations can occur for printed goods and partner-fulfilled items.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order before fulfillment if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
Payment
Store checkout is processed through Stripe or PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase. The church does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised with the church first when possible so we can review order records.
Fulfillment
Physical items may be fulfilled by the church or by third-party partners. Fulfillment timelines depend on product type, inventory, and partner production schedules.
Digital access is granted after successful payment according to the product instructions shown at purchase.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the church is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from store purchases. Our responsibility for a defective or undelivered order is limited to the remedies described in the Store Returns & Refunds Policy.
